This is "The Big Bear", gee wonder why they call it that. This has been the universal meeting spot for a lot of years. If you lose part of your group or just need to set a meeting place its pretty much "lets meet at the Big Bear at......." Since the time of this photo there has been more landscaping done around the base and is frequently the site of musical performances and gypsy dances.
